Size Guide
Our sizing follows standard Pakistani ready-to-wear measurements. Measure a garment you already own and love, lay it flat, and compare against the chest measurement below — that is the most reliable way to choose.
Between two sizes? Size up for kurtas and co-ords (they are cut close through the shoulder), and stay true to size for kaftans and maxis.

Ordering & Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide, and bank transfer if you prefer to pay in advance.
- For bank transfer, upload your receipt at checkout. We verify it against our bank statement — usually within 24 hours — then confirm your order by email.
- We never dispatch against an unverified receipt. It protects you as much as us.
- You do not need an account to order, but creating one lets you track every order in one place.
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days.
- Transit is typically 1–2 days within Karachi and 2–4 days elsewhere in Pakistan.
- You get an email at every stage, including a tracking number when it ships.
- Have the exact total ready in cash for COD orders — couriers rarely carry change.
Fabric & Care
- Lawn and cambric: machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Line dry in shade.
- Silk and organza: dry clean only. Never wring.
- Embroidered pieces: hand wash cold or dry clean; iron on the reverse over a cloth.
- Khaddar and linen: cold wash, low spin, warm iron while slightly damp.
- Always wash darks separately for the first two washes.
Exchanges
- You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Cosmetics, skincare and fragrance cannot be exchanged once the seal is broken.
- If we sent the wrong or a damaged item, we cover collection and replacement in full.
Stitching & Unstitched
- Unstitched suits are sold as fabric only — shirt, trouser and dupatta pieces as listed on the product page.
- Yardage is stated per piece; always check the listing before buying if you have a specific tailor requirement.
- We do not currently offer in-house stitching. Ready-to-wear pieces arrive fully finished.
Product Colours
We colour-correct every photograph against the actual cloth rather than flattering it. That said, screens vary — if a shade matters for an occasion, message us and we will describe it honestly or send an extra photo in daylight.
