Shipping Policy
Delivery is free on every order, nationwide, with no minimum spend.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 4:00pm on a working day are packed the same day and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Estimates
Once your parcel is with the courier, typical transit times are below. These are courier estimates, not guarantees — weather and public holidays can add a day.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please have the exact order total ready — couriers rarely carry change.
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you.
Bank Transfer Orders
If you pay by bank transfer, upload your receipt at checkout. We check every transfer against our bank statement before dispatch — usually within 24 hours.
This protects both of us: we never dispatch against an unverified screenshot, and you get an email confirmation the moment payment clears.
Tracking Your Order
- You receive an email when your order is confirmed, when it ships, and when it is delivered.
- Your tracking number is included in the dispatch email.
- Signed-in customers can see every order and its current status under My Account → Orders.
- Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check for you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or the phone was unreachable, we can re-ship it once you confirm corrected details.
