Returns & Exchange

The 7-Day Window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of your parcel being delivered. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange it.

What Qualifies

• The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• All original tags are still attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• You have your order number or the confirmation email.

What We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

• Cosmetics, skincare and fragrance where the seal has been broken.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or tailored.
• Items returned without tags or original packaging.
• Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we sent the wrong item, or something arrived damaged, that is on us. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will collect it and send a replacement at our cost — or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

How to Start an Exchange

• Message us on WhatsApp (fastest) or email with your order number.
• Tell us what you would like instead — a different size, colour, or a refund.
• We confirm availability and arrange a courier pickup, or share a return address.
• Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we dispatch your exchange or process the refund.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of the returned item passing inspection. Bank transfers typically reach your account within 5–7 working days after that.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account in the name on the order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is because of an error on our side — wrong item, damaged, or not as described — we cover return shipping entirely.

For a change of mind or a size exchange, return shipping is at your cost. We will tell you the exact amount before anything is collected.
